Miles Away From my Childhood

‘Growing up on the South Coast of Natal in South Africa, life felt small, familiar, and gently contained. It was a place where days moved more slowly and there was not much going on—yet in that simplicity there was space: space to imagine, to make, and to become. The landscape, routines, and rhythms of childhood shaped a way of seeing the world that remains long after leaving.‘
