The Artist
Rosie Taylor
Based in Wimbledon, Rosie Taylor is a 21-year-old oil painter with six years of dedicated studio practice. Having trained at the London Fine Art Studios, Rosie grounds her work in traditional Old Master techniques, bringing those classical methods into a modern light.
Working almost entirely from life, she captures an immediate, vibrant energy on canvas. Rosie is particularly drawn to botanical studies, using her oil paints to celebrate the quiet fragility and intricate delicacy of flowers - creating pieces that balance rich, classical technique with a fresh and lively presence.
