Jack Chen

Jack has been a photographer for almost 20 years and a professional photographer for over 10 years. Working commercially and privately, he is highly experienced.

Whether commercial PR projects or family portraits, where editorials or birthday parties, Jack is happiest behind a camera. "Anything that brings me out of studio invigorates me".

His passion for photography began while undergoing undergraduate studies in film production, including a post-graduate studies in film theories.

"I begin to take photography really seriously. I began to integrate some of the ideas in cinema into my photographs, I developed the idea that every image should tell a story, just like how film directors would frame an image on the screen. My background in film become my biggest real asset."

Jack has won numerous national and regional awards from BIPP (British Institute of Professional Photographers) and subsequently rewarded with an associateship from BIPP and RPS (Royal Photographic Society).
