Description
The massive boulder was taller than a man, and a tall man at that. It had cracks all over it. As if a giant had filed its nails on it, when it was soft, before it hardened into a rock. You know it’s going to crack, at some point. We could have showered under that waterfall, except it was hard to get to. And those impossible turquoise small round rocks under the water… just magic. The boulder and the waterfall and the dainty-shaded well-watered greenery stayed with me for weeks, until I picked up my sketchy watercolours from the trip and turned it into this.
